Lorna was just wonderful with our 3 cats. So kind and knowledgeable. Many, many thanks. Anne x

Lorna and Simon have been so kind and considerate.Today, late in the evening they dropped our cat, Harry, home as I could not pick him up.Harry has been going there for some years and is comfortable there.Last year, Lorna helped me to help a stray cat and her kittens who had been in my garden. She helped with getting them fostered. This was goodwill. Shabira Turner

Professional vets and very caring staff and ever so helpful. Recommend the offering of annual petcare plan too.

Wonderful people who really care about our feathered and furry friends. It can get really busy around 5 to 6 pm do so be patient - the staff work really hard.

The Vet in St Margarets

91 Crown Rd, Twickenham TW1 3EX, UK – 020 8892 3600

I have been bringing Samson to Jo and the wider team for over a year now. The team is very caring and offer practical advice for keeping my senior Labrador as healthy as possible. Such a friendly practice - Samson regularly drags me in to reception to say hi to his friends anytime we are passing!

I cannot recommend Vet in St Margarets, and Richmond Hill, highly enough. We had a very sick lab, Lyra, with cancer. We went through a very stressful time, with chemo. The whole family discussed the treatment plans, and were treated in a very sympathetic manner by the staff, especially Scott Miller and Emma. Lyra lasted another 3 years and ended her life in a very compassionate experience with the wonderful Emma and Scott, when her back legs finally gave out. Our Westie, Bella, has had various things done. The reception staff are without fault. No criticisms whatsover

The Vet In Old Isleworth

35 South St, Isleworth TW7 7AL, UK – 020 8758 2763

After a spate of average encounters with 'big box' petshop vets I tried The Vet in Old Isleworth - they are a delight. Always helpful, considerate and keen to help, while never trying to sell you unnecessary products.

The best decision I made was to register 'my girls' at The Vet In Old Isleworth. From the day I walked into the practice, I have nothing but praise for all of the vet staff who have dealt with 'us'. Tilly is prone to just about every stress related condition (not that you'd ever know it!) but with the care and expertise of all of the vet staff, she is now enjoying the best health for a long time. It's always a pleasure when I'm passing, to pop in and update Leah on all of Tilly's latest exploits!
